Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Joven San Baltazar Guelavila 47% vol. 0.7 l is an exceptional mezcal from the renowned Nuestra Soledad range, which allows you to experience the diversity and uniqueness of Oaxaca’s various terroirs and traditions. The Nuestra Soledad range comprises mezcals, all made from the same ‘Espadín’ agave variety, but sourced from six different regions of Mexico. Each of these regions brings its own flavours and traditions, taking the drinker on a journey through the diverse flavour profiles of Mexico. The San Baltazar Guelavila Mezcal comes from a small town in eastern Oaxaca, situated in the district of Tlacolula and forming part of the famous Valles Centrales region.

This mezcal is distilled at the 3 Mezquites distillery, under the supervision of the experienced master distiller Gregorio Martínez García. The mezcal is produced with great dedication, using traditional methods. The Espadín agave is roasted in stone ovens and then distilled in copper stills. With an alcohol content of 47% ABV, this mezcal offers a powerful intensity that impressively brings out the smoky and sweet aromas of the agave. The limited edition of just 800 bottles makes this mezcal a particularly exclusive experience.
