Barsol Pisco Italia is a particularly fruity and aromatic pisco made from 100 per cent Italia grapes, one of Peru’s finest grape varieties. Produced at the renowned Bodega San Isidro in the Ica Valley, this pisco is distilled using traditional methods in small copper stills. By omitting additives and water, the distillate remains pure and intense in flavour, making it an outstanding choice for pisco connoisseurs.
