High West American Prairie Bourbon is an exceptional small-batch bourbon produced at the famous High West Distillery in Utah. This bourbon pays homage to the vast prairies of North America, and a portion of the proceeds supports nature conservation at the American Prairie Reserve – a unique project dedicated to preserving the original wilderness.

The American Prairie Bourbon is a blend of carefully selected, multi-matured bourbons, aged for between 2 and 13 years in new American oak casks. This cask maturation results in a deep, multi-layered bouquet with a perfect balance of sweetness, spice and gentle smokiness. With an alcohol content of 46 % ABV, this bourbon offers a pleasant intensity whilst remaining wonderfully harmonious and smooth.

Mash bill: 75% maize, 21% rye, 4% barley malt from MGP; 84% maize, 8% rye, 8% barley malt from unnamed sources; other whisky components are not disclosed by the distillery for contractual reasons.
