The entire production process follows the traditional methods used for high-quality cachaça from Minas Gerais – from the careful harvesting of sugarcane through natural fermentation to distillation in traditional copper stills. The Espírito De Minas Cachaça is then aged in barrels made of jequitibá wood and oak, which gives it its elegant structure and slightly woody aroma. With an alcohol content of 42 per cent, this Brazilian speciality is smooth, well-balanced and pleasantly full-bodied.
