Nardini Grappa EXTRAFINA is a classic white grappa from Italy, reflecting more than two centuries of experience and tradition in the art of distillation by the Bortolo Nardini distillery. For the Extrafina, the master distillers select particularly smooth and aromatic grappas from pomace sourced from various vineyards and blend them to create a well-balanced mix. In the production process, Nardini combines two different methods: the individual grappas are obtained using both batch vacuum distillation and continuous column distillation. This combination allows the different characteristics of the distillates to be brought together and forms the basis for the elegant and harmonious style of the Extrafina.


As a white, non-cask-aged grappa, the Nardini Extrafina highlights the original aromatics of the selected pomace distillates. It is characterised in particular by floral and fruity nuances, which lend this clear grappa its delicate yet expressive character. With an alcohol content of 42 per cent, Nardini Grappa Extrafina is available in a 0.7-litre bottle, complete with a gift box. Its blend of selected grappas from various vineyards, two distillation methods and Nardini’s centuries-long experience make it a quintessential example of traditional Italian grappa culture.
