This Junmai sake, made from selected rice, pure water and koji, does not contain any added alcohol and impresses with its natural purity and complex variety of flavours. Thanks to its alcohol content of 14.5% by volume, it unfolds its elegance both slightly chilled, at room temperature and slightly warmed.
