The GlenAllachie Distillery, founded in 1967, has built up an excellent reputation under the leadership of Billy Walker. Particularly renowned for its cask maturation, GlenAllachie relies on high-quality sherry cask ageing, which gives this whisky its deep, fruity and spicy character.

The 15-year-old GlenAllachie is characterised by meticulous maturation: First, the whisky spends over 13 years in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by a 20-month finish in selected Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso sherry casks. This combination gives the whisky its deep, fruity and spicy character.
