The Tement Winery, situated in southern Styria on the border with Slovenia, focuses primarily on the cultivation of white grape varieties. 95 per cent of its vineyards are planted with varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Traminer. The wines, which are grouped under the ‘Steirische Klassik’ designation, come from various vineyards and are matured in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the “Steirische Klassik” range, the winery also produces single-vineyard wines, each reflecting the characteristic influence of its specific growing site and matured in both large and small wooden barrels.

Tement Sweet is a harmonious wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grape varieties. Careful vinification and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas.

This wine has an ageing potential until 2030 and is sealed with a glass stopper to preserve its freshness and quality.
