Etsu Japanese Gin Pacific Ocean Water is an innovative premium gin from Japan that impresses with its maritime character, crisp aromas and artisanal production. Distilled at the Asahikawa Distillery on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaidō, this gin is based on an exceptional recipe: The water used is drawn directly from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. This unique feature gives the gin its mineral freshness and subtle saltiness, which harmonise perfectly with the finely balanced botanicals.

To develop its distinctive flavour profile, the botanicals are macerated for 22 hours before distillation takes place. Typical Japanese botanicals such as yuzu peel, bitter orange, green tea, sansho pepper and coriander are used; when combined with the seawater, they create a complex yet clear and invigorating taste experience.
