The Polz Winery, situated in southern Styria, Austria, is distinguished by its ideal wine-growing location. The Polz Brut Blanc is a sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. The Méthode Traditionnelle, a method of bottle fermentation, is used for vinification. This process contributes significantly to the wine’s quality and flavour profile. The Brut Blanc reflects the terroir of Southern Styria and offers an authentic first impression of this wine region. The bottle is sealed with a natural cork.
