Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega ROSSO Vermouth is made from an exquisite selection of Merlot grapes from a particularly renowned growing area. This vermouth owes its unmistakable character to a natural extract based on an original and secret recipe. This recipe includes a harmonious combination of 30 different herbs, flowers and spices, including absinthe, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, gentian root, marjoram, nutmeg and radicchio.
