This method, combined with the exclusive use of blue agaves from the state of Jalisco in the early stages of production, creates an exceptional flavour profile, which has been further developed through the addition of other agave varieties from various regions of Mexico.

Curado embraces a philosophy aimed at building bridges rather than erecting walls, which is reflected in the integration of agave varieties such as Blue Weber from Arandas, Espadín from Oaxaca and Cupreata from Michoacán.
