Kyrö Dark Gin is made from 100 per cent whole-grain rye, which gives it a robust, slightly peppery base. Refined with 17 carefully selected botanicals, including orange, honey, birch leaves and Sanddorn, it develops a multi-layered aroma. What sets this gin apart is its 2- to 3-month maturation in American oak casks, which imparts additional subtle notes of vanilla and caramel.
