The Macallan is launching a new range, kicking off the Harmony Collection with The Macallan Rich Cacao. This single malt is characterised by rich chocolate flavours, with The Macallan deliberately prioritising sustainability here.

The packaging, made from the shells of the cocoa pod, would otherwise go to waste and is 100 per cent recyclable. Macallan was inspired by Jordi Roca i Fontané, a Spanish pâtissier who has gained worldwide renown for his desserts and runs a restaurant in Girona, Spain, together with his two brothers. In 2014, Jordi Roca was named ‘World’s Best Pastry Chef’.

The single malt, which is matured in European and American sherry casks until bottling, offers a unique taste experience.
