Cotswolds SINGLE CASK 5 Years Old Single Malt Whisky is a powerful and excellent whisky with an alcohol content of 60.6% vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 litres. The whisky is distilled from 100% locally sourced, floor-malted barley, which gives it a distinctive, characteristic flavour typical of the region. The Cotswolds Single Cask is matured in first-fill STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) barrique casks, which imparts a deep complexity and intense aromas of oak and spices.

This whisky was distilled on 17 July 2016 and bottled on 10 September 2021; it is a limited edition of just 285 bottles, making it a particularly exclusive product. The maturation process and the selection of casks contribute to a unique tasting experience characterised by its power and balance. The Cotswolds Single Cask 5 Years Old offers an interesting blend of smoky and fruity notes and is a true meisterwerk of whisky production.
