The Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée 5 Years Old Cask Strength Grappa is produced from the pomace of Cabernet, Merlot and Schioppettino grapes, which are distilled in the copper steam stills. After distillation, the grappa is aged for between 5 and 20 years in barrique casks, allowing it to develop greater complexity and a unique aroma. The grappa is bottled at cask strength, with no added colourings, giving it an unadulterated purity and a powerful yet balanced intensity.
