The Polz Winery, situated in southern Styria, Austria, is distinguished by its ideal wine-growing location. Polz Sekt GM is produced exclusively from Gelber Muskateller grapes, which express the South Styrian terroir in its purest form. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the characteristic aromas and freshness of the Muskateller. After careful maturation, this finely sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
