Col Sandago is situated in a lush, flourishing region where the vines are rich in valuable nutrients absorbed by the soil. These rich soil resources date back to prehistoric times, when a large glacier slid down from the Dolomites into the valley, shaping the landscape and creating the historic riverbed of the Piave.

Col Sandago Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant sparkling wine, made from 100% Glera grapes from the province of Treviso. The loamy, calcareous soil with sedimentary rock provides ideal conditions for growing the grapes. The Prosecco is produced through gentle pressing and controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank for around 60 days at 16–18 °C. After filtration and cold stabilisation, the sparkling wine is bottled under isobaric conditions with natural corks.

The result is a Prosecco that perfectly combines freshness and elegance and reflects the distinctive characteristics of its terroir.
