Col Sandago is located in a lush, flourishing region where the vines are rich in valuable substances absorbed by the soil. These rich resources date back to prehistoric times, when a large glacier slid down from the Dolomites into the valley, shaping the territory and creating the historic Piave riverbed.

Col Sandago Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes from the province of Treviso. The clay and limestone soil with sedimentary rock offers ideal conditions for growing the grapes. The Prosecco is produced by gentle pressing and controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks at 16-18 °C for around 60 days. After filtration and cold stabilisation, the sparkling wine is bottled under isobaric conditions in bottles with natural corks.

The result is a Prosecco that perfectly combines freshness and elegance and reflects the special characteristics of its terroir.
