The Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky combines three selected cask types – Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Moscatel sherry casks – to create a complex, sherry-influenced whisky profile. This combination creates a harmonious blend of ripe dried fruits, delicate caramel notes and the elegance typical of Kavalan, which is attributable to Taiwan’s warm, humid climate and the rapid pace of cask maturation there. Each component of the Triple Sherry Cask contributes to the depth of this bottling and lends it a structured complexity that develops naturally through prolonged cask maturation.
