The Dellavalle Grappa Moscato Gran Cuvée is an exquisite grappa from the renowned Distilleria Dellavalle, situated in the picturesque region of Piedmont in Italy. Since its foundation in 1983 by the oenologist Roberto Dellavalle, the distillery has specialised in the production of single-varietal grappa, using only pomace from a single grape variety.

For this special grappa, fresh pomace from the Moscato grape is carefully selected. Distillation takes place in traditional, batch-style stills, ensuring gentle processing and preserving the grape’s characteristic aromas. The grappa is then aged for at least 18 months in new oak casks, which gives it its harmonious structure and depth.

With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this fine spirit is presented in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle.
