Following an initial maturation in ex-American bourbon casks, the whisky is transferred to Chinquapin Virgin Oak casks for further refinement. This finishing process imparts exceptional depth and gives the whisky spicy and nutty aromas, complemented by sweet caramel and vanilla notes.
