The Craigellachie 13 Years Old Armagnac Cask Finish is a special bottling from the historic Speyside distillery Craigellachie, which is renowned for its robust, full-bodied whiskies. This exclusive edition was initially matured for 13 years in traditional oak casks before being finished in selected Armagnac casks. This lends the whisky exceptional depth and creates a harmonious blend between the characteristic Craigellachie spice and the fruity, elegant notes of French Armagnac.

The distillery, founded in 1891, relies on traditional methods, including the use of worm tub condensers, which ensure a robust, oily mouthfeel. The Armagnac finish lends the whisky additional complexity, with notes of dried fruit, spicy oak and a hint of honey. The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, is non-chill-filtered and contains no colouring agents, to preserve its natural flavour as much as possible.
