This Spanish brandy, produced in the region of Andalusia, is made from a meticulously selected blend of Airén and Ugni Blanc grapes, as well as selected brandies from Cognac, France. The grapes used to make this brandy are grown in the renowned wine-growing region of Jerez in southern Spain, which is known for its climatic and geological conditions.

To mature, Ysabel Regina Brandy is aged in historic, 100-year-old casks that were formerly used to store Pedro Ximénez sherry. This practice lends the brandy an exceptional depth of flavour and complexity. The use of these specific casks allows the characteristic aromas and sweetness of Pedro Ximénez sherry to be subtly transferred to the brandy, making it unique in its flavour structure and profile.
