Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is situated in the idyllic Valtènesi region on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area, praised by ancient poets for its fertility and exceptional microclimate, offers ideal conditions for growing vines, olive trees and lemons.

Scolari Prosecco di Treviso DOC Extra Dry is made exclusively from Glera grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of September. Following gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the grapes’ aromas.

The result is a fresh, lively Prosecco with a fine effervescence, balanced acidity and a hint of sweetness. An elegant sparkling wine, ideal for enjoying on cosy evenings as a couple or with friends.
