Plymouth Sloe Gin is a special variation of the classic Plymouth Gin, enhanced with hand-picked sloe berries. Produced at the historic Plymouth Distillery, which has been in operation since 1793 and is regarded as one of England’s oldest gin distilleries, this sloe gin combines traditional British craftsmanship with fruity elegance. The sloe berries are steeped in Plymouth Gin for several months, giving the sloe gin its deep red colour and characteristic flavour profile, with a perfect balance of fruitiness, subtle sweetness and gentle spice.

The slow maceration allows the intense aromas of the sloe berries to unfold, blending harmoniously with the classic botanicals of Plymouth Gin. Juniper, coriander and citrus peel remain in the background, whilst the berry notes dominate and a slightly tart almond note from the sloe stones adds to the flavour. With an alcohol content of 26% ABV, this sloe gin is milder than a classic London Dry Gin, yet still offers a complex bouquet with a smooth texture.
