Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a great deal of time in the Lagers at the GlenAllachie distillery – he inspects around 40,000 casks.

Billy Walker’s journey began in 1972. With this bottling, he is celebrating half a century in the industry. GlenAllachie presents the 50th Anniversary Trilogy, which highlights three key areas: sherry maturation, cask management and distillation.

The first anniversary edition is matured in sherry butts.
