Big Mama 6 Years Old Caribbean Rum PX Finished is a versatile blended rum from the Caribbean, with an alcohol content of 38 per cent, available in a 0.7-litre bottle. For this bottling, selected sugar cane distillates from various Caribbean regions of origin are blended to create a harmonious cuvée. The rum is aged for a total of six years, with the initial ageing taking place in ex-bourbon casks. This ageing phase imparts structure, soft oaky notes and a well-balanced base character. The blend is then given further refinement in casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry.

The PX Cask Finish adds further depth to the matured rum and gives it a rounder, fruitier profile.
