The history of the renowned Meukow Cognac producer, which dates back to the 19th century, began in 1850 when the brothers Auguste-Christophe and Gustav Meukow founded the company in Silesia. After relocating their headquarters a few years later to Cognac, France – considered the heart of the world-famous Cognac region – the family business continued to develop and established itself as a globally recognised brand. Since 1979, Meukow has been part of the Compagnie de Guyenne family, which takes great care to uphold the brand’s tradition and quality.
