Ruinart Champagne Brut is made predominantly from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, with Chardonnay playing a dominant role in imparting the champagne’s elegance, freshness and fruitiness. Following the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, allowing the champagne to develop its fine perlage and complex aromas. The champagne matures on the lees for at least three years, which lends it additional depth and character.
