Templeton Rye 4 Years Old comes from the small town of Templeton in the US state of Iowa and is based on a historic recipe dating back to the Prohibition era. Back then, this special whisky became known as ‘The Good Stuff’ and enjoyed great popularity because it stood for quality and character.

Templeton Rye Whiskey is carefully crafted and matured for at least four years in American flame-charred oak casks. Through intensive ageing in these specially charred oak casks, the whisky develops its rich aromas and distinctive depth. The blend consists of 95 per cent rye and 5 per cent malted barley, which not only gives it its characteristic structure but also emphasises its spicy notes and subtle complexity.

The result is a whisky that impresses both in terms of flavour and craftsmanship, delighting lovers of rye whiskies with its balance of spice and sweetness. Templeton Rye Whiskey thus remains a tribute to the tradition and heritage of its origins.
