The Highland Park Distillery was founded in 1798 and is one of Scotland’s oldest and most renowned whisky distilleries. It is situated in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland, making it Scotland’s northernmost distillery. Surrounded by rugged countryside and stormy seas, Highland Park whisky reflects the unique climatic conditions of the Orkney Islands. Today, the distillery is part of The Edrington Group and produces around 2.5 million litres of whisky annually.

Highland Park 11 Years Old Austria Edition is an exquisite single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 after 11 years of maturation. With a robust alcohol content of 63.6%, this whisky impresses with its multi-layered depth and complexity. It is matured in a refill hogshead cask (number 4860), which lends the whisky its distinctive and characterful profile.

This exclusive bottling was produced specifically for the German market and is limited to just 309 bottles, making it a highly sought-after collector’s item for connoisseurs and collectors alike.
