Lokita Ensamble 100% Maguey Mezcal Artesanal is a high-quality, handcrafted mezcal that combines the traditional art of Mexican distillation with the finest varieties of agave. Produced under the supervision of the experienced maestro mezcalero Arturo Martínez, this mezcal combines the intense flavours of eight-year-old Espadín agaves (Agave angustifolia) and twelve-year-old Tobalá agaves (Agave potatorum) into a harmonious, multi-faceted distillate.

The Lokita brand is distributed by BBC Spirits, an independent French spirits distributor based in Bordeaux. The production of the mezcal remains entirely traditional: the agave hearts (piñas) are roasted in earthen pits with hot stones, then ground in stone mills and fermented before being distilled in copper stills. The result is an aromatically complex mezcal with a subtle smokiness and a perfect balance between earthy, fruity and spicy notes.
