As an independent bottler, Signatory has the opportunity to acquire selected casks from across Scotland – which are normally used in blends – and to market them as single malts under its own label. This process involves the careful selection of specific distillations or batches from the distilleries, meticulous tasting of every single cask, and the bottling exclusively of the highest-quality casks from each batch.

Every bottle of Signatory reflects the individual characteristics of a single cask – from flavour and colour to the age profile. The uniqueness of every bottle of Signatory Scotch is guaranteed by precise details such as the date of distillation, the date of bottling, and the cask and bottle numbers, offering connoisseurs traceable quality and authenticity.
