This lends it a remarkable depth and complexity more commonly associated with dark rums.

This premium rum is produced from high-quality sugar cane juice grown in the highlands of Guatemala. Thanks to the unique high-altitude ageing process, the rum matures more slowly, allowing it to develop more delicate flavours.
