The Kracher winery is located in the "Seewinkel" region of Burgenland in Austria. Thanks to the warm and humid climate, the evaporation from the lake and the evening mist, the conditions here are ideal for Botrytis cinerea, the basis for outstanding sweet wines such as Beerenauslesen and Trockenbeerenauslesen. Gerhard Kracher continues to run the winery with the same dedication. In addition to the famous Trockenbeerenauslese wines, the winery also offers Beerenauslese, Auslese, ice wine and small quantities of dry white and red wine and is considered one of the best-known wineries in Austria.

Kracher Trockenbeerenauslese Zweigelt Nouvelle Vague, made from 100% fully ripe Zweigelt grapes, matures in barriques. This maturation gives the wine its deep, complex flavours and impressive structure. After the maturation phase, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
