The Demon's Share is a unique spirit that draws on the fascinating history of the ‘Angel’s Share’ – the portion of a spirit that evaporates through the pores of the cask during ageing. Whilst this loss is traditionally attributed to the angels, the majority remains in the cask and is tongue-in-cheek referred to as the ‘Demon’s Share’. Produced in Panama, this exceptional spiced rum reflects the country’s rich culture and stunning landscape. In keeping with its mystical heritage, legend has it that the devil himself distils this spirit, allows it to mature in his realm and guards it carefully.

The Demon's Share 6 Years Old is made from fine molasses and distilled using the column still method. It is then aged for six years in American oak casks, which gives it its warm, multi-layered aroma.
