The 123 TRES Añejo tequila is the elegantly matured expression of the premium, organically produced 123 tequila range from Mexico. It is made from 100 per cent blue Weber agave, which grows in certified organic fields in the state of Jalisco. The agave plants mature for up to ten years before being processed using traditional methods and then aged for at least 18 months in selected oak casks. This extended ageing period gives the tequila its deep, complex character with balanced woody and vanilla notes.
