This exceptional rum comes from the historic Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica, which is renowned for its powerful, ester-rich distillates. It was distilled in 2007 and subsequently matured for 16 years in oak casks. The long ageing period – initially in a tropical climate and subsequently in Europe – lends it impressive depth and complexity.
