The Irish whisky distillery, Teeling Distillery, which was originally founded in Dublin in 1782, underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2015 and reopened just a few metres from its original site. In recent years, the distillery has become a major tourist attraction, largely because visitors are given an in-depth insight into the whisky-making process and can experience the art of whisky production at first hand.

This special bottling is a small-batch whisky created in collaboration with the Dot Brewery. Following an initial maturation in ex-rum casks, the whisky acquires its characteristic finish in ex-IPA casks from this brewery. This special maturation process lends the whisky a unique flavour nuance that sets it apart from other bottlings and emphasises its complexity.
