For the past two years, the business has been run by Konrad Werner Sommerbauer, who is carrying on the family business’s tradition with modern expertise and passion.
This fine sparkling apple wine is made from the selected Jonagold and Bonita apple varieties, which thrive perfectly in the region and give it a pleasant fruitiness. Thanks to traditional bottle fermentation, the sparkling apple wine develops natural carbonation, which ensures a refreshing effervescence. Sommerbauer Apple Sparkling Wine entices with a delicate, fruity aroma of ripe mandarins and fresh apples, which, combined with its lively freshness and effervescent texture, creates a truly special tasting experience.
