De Bernard Coneglione Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is a fine sparkling wine hailing from the prestigious hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene – the historic heart of the Prosecco world and holder of Italy’s highest designation of origin, DOCG. This region in the Veneto region of northern Italy is renowned for its steep vineyards, mineral-rich soils and the perfect microclimate, which provides ideal conditions for finely structured, elegant sparkling wines.

For this Prosecco Superiore, De Bernard uses a classic blend of Glera, Verdiso and Perera grapes. This traditional blend ensures a balanced interplay of fruit, freshness and floral finesse. Production takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, to best preserve the aromatic clarity, lively effervescence and authentic character of the grape varieties. Produced as an ‘Extra Dry’, this Prosecco offers a gentle residual sweetness that subtly emphasises its fruitiness and lends it elegance and approachability.
