Since 1999, the Slyrs Distillery has been producing the first and only Upper Bavarian single malt whisky, distilled using the traditional ‘Rau’ and ‘Fein’ methods. The name ‘Slyrs’ is a pseudo-Gaelic variation of ‘Schliersee’, the distillery’s home town, and reflects the regional heritage and traditional craftsmanship expressed in every drop of this whisky.

Slyrs Single Malt Whisky is a genuine Bavarian original, which, thanks to its special finishing process, is transformed into a pleasantly sweet liqueur. Once the whisky has completed its full maturation period in the cask, it is refined with vanilla extracts and honey, resulting in a premium indulgence. This liqueur, which is a special treat not only for whisky lovers, delights with its delicate balance of sweetness and strength, making it a truly distinctive taste experience.
