Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Fragolino Bianco delights with its unmistakable aroma, reminiscent of freshly picked wild strawberries. The Sangiovese and Lancellotta grapes are carefully harvested in crates and vinified in red, leaving the must and skins in contact. This is followed by seven days of fermentation in an autoclave with the addition of natural flavourings. To refine the wine, it is cold stabilised at -2 °C for a week before finally being filtered and bottled to perfectly preserve its fresh and fruity notes
