Description
Description
The Weingut Heinrich in Deutschkreutz has been under the dedicated management of Silvia Heinrich since 2010, who carries on the region’s winemaking tradition with great passion. Across 38 hectares of vineyards, the focus is clearly on the premier grape variety Blaufränkisch, which accounts for 70 per cent of the vineyard area. The grapes come from first-class vineyards such as Goldberg, Hochberg, Siglos and Fabian, which are renowned for their outstanding quality. The estate’s wines enjoy international popularity and are exported to numerous countries, including Belgium, China, Germany, the USA and many other markets.
Heinrich Blaufränkisch Deutschkreutz is a single-varietal Blaufränkisch that captivates with its precision and elegance. Following gentle vinification, the wine matures for 12 months in small oak barrels, where it develops its complex aromas and refined structure. It is then bottled in bottles fitted with screw caps.
With an ageing potential of around 10 years, this wine offers excellent ageing potential and the opportunity to further develop its complexity over the years.
