The Teeling Distillery, one of Ireland’s most historic whisky distilleries, was founded in Dublin as early as 1782. Following an extensive modernisation in 2015, the distillery reopened just a few metres from its original site and has since become a real tourist attraction. This popularity is largely due to the fact that visitors gain in-depth insights into the complex whisky production process.

An outstanding example of the Teeling Distillery’s craftsmanship is the Teeling Irish Whiskey Single Grain Sauvignon Blanc Cask. This whiskey is matured for 15 years in ex-bourbon casks and acquires its distinctive finish in ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks, giving it a special depth and complexity. The single grain whisky is bottled without the addition of colouring agents and without chill filtration, allowing its natural flavours and authentic character to shine through.
