Since 1999, the Slyrs Distillery has been producing Upper Bavaria’s first and only single malt whisky, distilled using the traditional ‘Rau’ and ‘Feinbrand’ methods. The name ‘Slyrs’ is a pseudo-Gaelic variation of ‘Schliersee’, the distillery’s home town, and reflects the regional ties and traditional craftsmanship that are expressed in every drop of this whisky.

Through careful blending with Slyrs Single Malt Classic Whisky, this egg liqueur acquires its unique notes, which set it apart from others. The fine single malt blends with the very best of the egg, creating a full-bodied and authentic Bavarian premium egg liqueur.
