Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a great deal of time in the warehouses at the GlenAllachie Distillery, where he carefully inspects around 50,000 casks. This demanding task requires not only expertise but also dedication – yet his efforts are rewarded with outstanding results.

The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH embodies this philosophy. The whisky is initially matured in American white oak casks. For the finishing stage, Billy Walker selects Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, Moscatel wine barriques and Ruby Port pipes, which lend the whisky exceptional depth and complexity.
