The Lokita brand is distributed by BBC Spirits, an independent French spirits distributor founded in 2010. The company is based in the port city of Bordeaux in France.

Lokita is produced exclusively by hand using traditional production methods.

This Lokita Reposado is made entirely from the leaves of the blue agave. The agaves from the Mexican province of Jalisco are harvested only when fully ripe, which gives the Reposado its rich, fruity flavours. After the agaves are harvested, they are cooked in a pit for several days using traditional methods and then double-distilled to remove as many impurities as possible. Lokita Tequila Reposado is aged for 3 months in oak casks, some of which are made from high-quality Allier and Limousin oak from France.
