The El Dorado VERSAILLES Single Still Finest Demerara Rum 2009 is an exceptional vintage bottling from the renowned El Dorado Distillery in Guyana. This fine rum is produced in one of the last remaining wooden pot stills, the historic Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still, which is renowned for its intense and complex rums.

This rum was distilled in 2009 and matured for over a decade in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, allowing it to develop an impressive balance of depth, spice and fruitiness. Distillation in a wooden pot still lends it a particularly distinctive, aromatic character with robust oak and spicy notes.

With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, the El Dorado Versailles 2009 is a complex yet approachable rum that performs superbly both neat and in exclusive cocktails.
